About the job

As a sales insurance advisor at Outbound, you will work with customer-focused sales over the phone by reaching out to our existing private customers and potential new customers. Your most important task as an insurance advisor is to provide our customers with the best possible service and advice regarding both existing and new insurance solutions, drawing from our entire insurance portfolio.

You will work towards set goals at both individual and team levels, where continuous follow-up of sales and work methods is an important part of the job. Together with engaged and goal-oriented colleagues, you will work from a holistic perspective for the customer. To give you the best possible conditions, your employment will begin with an introductory training where you will learn about our products, systems, values, and working methods. After the training, you will become a certified insurance advisor and will be able to work with our entire insurance portfolio. Thereafter, we apply ongoing training, coaching, and skills development.

Working hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00.

Start of employment: As soon as possible

Employment rate: 100%

Type of employment: Permanent employment starting with a six-month probationary period.

About you

We are looking for someone who:

• feels comfortable with the phone as your primary working tool and is confident in steering conversations with a sales focus
• is comfortable in digital environments and systems
• has fluent knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English
